  November 21, 2010 - Decanted one hour, enjoyed over two. This is a dusty, earthy, rustic wine. Much more reminiscent of a Provencal wine than one from Paso Robles. I love the raspberry, the floral notes, the pure essence that this wine shows. Nothing overblown, everything in place, a real treat.
