December 2, 2010 - Big fan of this estate and my cellar is overrepresented with its 1996, 2001, and 2003. This one just left me flat though. Tannic to the verge of bitterness. Time will tell if there isn't in fact a bit of a green streak in this one, or if it gains finesse with time. Didn't give up much on this showing. Preferred the 2004 Lynch Bages and 2004 Montrose drunk in close succession to this.
