  December 2, 2010 - Deep dark inky purple. Aroma profile of ripe dark berry fruit - blackberry, touch of blueberry, toasty oak / cedar with a hint of vanilla. Creamy texture, full bodied, sweet ripe blackberry and dark berry fruit with toasty oak, cedar spice and black pepper. Oak flavors will settle a little with a good decant but will be prevalent upon first opening. Lots of wine here. Fruity, juicy, but with some bracing tannins and decent acidity. Very good table wine for hearty dishes. Good QPR.
