  December 25, 2010 - Drank this with standing rib roast, Yorkshire pudding, brussels Sprouts, etc.
  
  Cork was a bright purple. Nose was prune-y on opening, smelled classic Bordeaux after a minute. Didn't taste the wine for itself, but pairing was fantastic. Thank you Dr. Hamlin!
