  January 3, 2011 - Paired with a roast whole chicken with root vegetables....would not normally think of a red with such a light preparation of chicken, but read about Cab Franc pairing with Roast Chicken and this came through beautifully. Very elegant style....purple fruits with very light tannins. I would drink now or in next 12 months....at peak
