January 7, 2011 - Colour: straw yellow; depth: pale; clarity: clear
    Aroma intensity: moderate; development: youthful
Aroma: grass, salty, slight bit of musk similar to a Pouilly-Fumé
    dry; light body; tart acidity
    strong flavour intensity
Flavours: strong flavour of minerals plus tangerine, pear. Quite bitter but fruity.
More similar to a Loire sauvignon blanc than other New Zealand sauvignon blancs that I have tried.

    13% alcohol, 3 g/L residual sugar, 7g/L titratable acidity, 3.3 pH
