  January 9, 2011 - I made the mistake of serving this after the Orin Swift Prisoner. This was a giant fruit bomb. Tasted like fruit syrup. I think some lengthy decanting and a salty or even spicy meal could balance this monster. The finish was not really there. The sweetness of the fruit was too much.
