  February 6, 2011 - cork came out so easy i was a little nervous at first. But wine looked, smelled, tasted fantastic. still very dark in color, nose came alive after decanting. smooth cherry, cassis, with leather and something, maybe a little chocolate. went great with the onion, sage, sausage and bacon risotto I made.
