    March 12, 2011 - Color: dark yellow (like pee). Nose: dynamicas it warmed up: citronella, rhubarb, lemon merengue. Palate: minerality abundant; I agree that the oyster shell, sea water characteristics are more background than foreground, the finish is long. This is an enjoyable bottle that aged just fine, definitely doesn't have the bracing acidity in a younger Chablis but having recently had an 06 from Dauvissat (very honey-ed per the vintage) this is still good juice!
