  April 21, 2011 - This time the fruit was still present, but not so heavy and sweet anymore. The tannins were about the same and the wine had more of this dark (chocolate) taste of Negroamaro. It wasn't bad, but somehow not as good as last time (although I complaind about the fruit last time and now the fruit was better). Maybe the food pairing wasn't too good either (spicy hot chicken).
