  May 13, 2011 - Still needs time, initially quite green on the nose, with prominent acidity, sweet fruit very much in the background. After some time in a decanter, it started to loosen up a bit, but still a firm muscular core. Probably needs a 2-3 hour decant to show its supple inner self.
