  May 15, 2011 - This wine shows notes of forest floor, red cherry, plum, fig and red licorice on the nose. In the palate it has a lean structure, bright acidity and a little hot. Even though it is quite enjoyable, I think it is getting over the hill. The winery told me to drink in 3 years and I obviously kept it longer and it was my mistake. Drink it now if you have it because it is still good.
