  May 16, 2011 - Decanted for 2 hours, just a touch of sediment left in the bottle. Very dark, almost black. Big nose of pencil lead with a touch of strawberry. Full bodied, bordering on jammy, well structured. A bit simple on the palate, primary red fruit and cassis. Med. finish. Drinking well now but should evolve more.
