  May 20, 2011 - Greenish-gold color, moderate viscosity. Smells of honey, creme brulee, and lemon curd. Sort of has a marshmallow-campfire thing going on, with caramel, and lemongrass on the finish. Pleasant and drinkable, nice with food, but doesn't really stand up on its own.
