  June 7, 2011 - This is a rich layered Pinot Gris with rotund peach, tangerine, nectarine and apricot flavors upfront. There are also delicate floral notes on the front palate that really bloom into more exotic flowers as the long tropical fruit laden finish creeps along your palate. Acidity is high but very well balanced.
  All in all this is a fantastic Gris in my opinion but it did take about a hour to come around. I got no earthiness from this like the previous two tasters did...
