  June 22, 2011 - Powerful nose of blackkcurrent with hints of pepper and menthol.There is ripeness, but also a lot of freshness from the minerality.
  The mouth is rich and complex, with confit and mature blackberry, and black cherries balanced by graphite and hints of cigarbox. Ripeness and maturity are perfect. A great paillac with perfectly mature fruits, but no overripeness.
  Finale is long and pleasing.
