  July 7, 2011 - Initial notes of forest floor, barnyard and wet moulds. It soon dissipates, followed by sweet floral notes of raspberry, ripe plum, smoke, spices, mushrooms. Tight textured palate, gripping tannin, slightly mellows over time, c 1 hour, acid ever present in the background. Fruits structures showing thru', reluctant and shy, coffee, chocolate, not overoaked. The wine should improve with ageing. Medium finish. QPR 88/18 A4P4C4
  Fruits notes fading on 2nd day
  剛開瓶的時候, 氣息開始展現出森林氣味和濕模具。 但很快消散，其次是甜花香調的覆盆子, 成熟李子, 煙, 香料, 蘑菇。 咖啡以及巧克力, 單寧緊質感腭, 但卻隨著時間的消失， 其中酒酸一直存在。水果結構初不願呈現, 羞澀. 中幹後段。希望好幾年應改善結構與軟化單寧.
