  July 8, 2011 - There is nothing "wrong" with this wine. Perhaps should have drank earlier. Maybe chicken instead of ribeye? It's not my style. Had thinned out, little structure left. Sweet but simple plum and cherry with a short unpleasing finish. Never made the sauce pot. Some may like this.
