  July 9, 2011 - Colour is golden yellow. Nose is initially slightly dusty, but it clears quickly, and complex fragrance of quince, dry apricot, wax and honey with hints of spices, which makes all the flavours more salient . It reminds me a poem by Baudelaire about perfume, and all the evocation power of fragance. To me this is like a travel in time. In the mouth, the wine is rich and creamy with great purity, and no hints of oxydation. Apricot and quince blend beautifully with hazelnut and honey. The finale last for ever.
