  July 24, 2011 - Told my wife to get a bottle of burgundy for dinner out of the cellar. When I came in, she had popped the cork on this one! Better than I was looking for on a week night at home, but it was a treat! Just coming into its drinking window for me, I wish I had more. Lovely nose, good intensity of fruit. I think it perhaps needs another 2-4 years to fully mature and mellow as it seems still a tad less generous than I would think this wine capable of. Good length and intensity. Classy juice.
