  July 26, 2011 - Very rich, velvety and ripe wine upon opening. Seemed a little one-dimensional the first day. Wine improved immensely by the second day, becoming more crisp and evolved with secondary floral and sweet vanilla characteristics. Finish was honeyed and mineral at once, very balanced acidity. A bit young, but will drink. Will reward 4-5 years of lying down.
