  July 30, 2011 - Pale salmon in color, this bubbly primarily featured strawberry notes. As the wine warmed in the glass, the strawberry was sweeter and accompanied with yeast. Paired with cod stuffed with lobster and crab. I would have preferred more acidity, though seemed like a solid crowd-pleaser.
