  July 10, 2011 - Salone di Grandi Vini Bianchi (Mirabelle Restaurant Austin, Texas): Straw-colored, the Masi blend had a subtle but distinct bouquet of pear and green apple which developed into a modern, fruit-forward wine. Tasters noted flavors of red apple, melon, pear, citrus, and stone fruits, with light tannins and moderate acidity. Very enjoyable for all and the second favorite of the flight of six Italian whites.
