  August 20, 2011 - Tasty Syrah. Incredible balance with pepper, spices, dark fruit and a smooth finish were the strong characteristics of this wine. A 2+ hour opening, before drinking was definitely worth it. One more bottle left (wish i had more). Will try to let 5+ years go by before I open the last one. This wine seems like it will age nicely, and improve, with time. Drinks good now also.
