  August 26, 2011 - From 375, drank over two nights. My previous note raved about how great of a Tuesday night wine this is. I would now say it's a great any night wine. This syrah drinks like a wine of much higher pedigree. BIG dark fruit, black pepper, and a little oak. The tannins have mellowed somewhat since my last bottle and has brought the wine into great balance. The heat has disappeared leaving just a great wine, made in the style I love
