  February 9, 2011 - The wine is clear and medium to deep ruby in color. No bubble seen with some legs. Look young.
  Clean nose, medium+ intensity in aroma. Black fruit such as blackcurrant with hint of nuts and milk powder.
  The palate is dry, medium+ acidic and tannin, medium body and medium+ intensity. The finish carried red fruit, such as cherry and pump with some oak flavor.
  The wine is ready to drink but can improve.
