  September 18, 2011 - Heavy nose of red fruits, and vanilla. Wafting hot on alcohol.
  
  Big front end of cherry, with some raspberry and mineral notes. Almost a menthol mid palate and a dry coating mouth feel. Chewy oak and tannins throughout.
  
  I'd cellar a little longer and see if the tannins chill out a bit.
