  September 24, 2011 - Popped, poured into decanter and enjoyed over 2 hours with Flannery grass fed Wagyu steak (which totally rocks!). Dark color. Nose of violets, tar, black fruit, black olives. Flavors of black figs, black plums, blackberries, indian spices. This is a midweight wine that is completely integrated, smooth and interesting, very savory, just a delicious bottle of wine.
