  October 4, 2011 - Well, this was interesting. I forgot I had some left in the bottle and it sat there for 3 days (it had already been open for 3). Wow, what a difference. The nose and palate are much more interesting now. I suppose this attests to its youth. I shouldn't be surprised, as the drinking window doesn't even start for another couple of years. I'm still not sure it's worth $85, but at least it now presents as an excellent wine. HOLD!!!
