  December 7, 2011 - This bottle wasn't quite as lively as one from last month. Powerful aromas of black tea, fresh pine needles, pomegranate, and savory spices. Very drying on the palate...almost like taking a tea bag and putting iton your tongue. Some crushed red fruits in the mouth as well. Will hold out for some time for the next bottle to see where it is heading.
