  December 12, 2011 - Beautiful complexion with dark ruby red color; hints of chocolate, black pepper, earth, leather; full bodied. Will develop more over time to become even more grande! Very happy to have an entire case of it in the cellar! Make sure to let it open up for quite a bit...
