  December 27, 2011 - Opened with 60 min air in bottle. Medium ruby in the glass with a wonderfully complex gentle nose showing cherry, berry, and lovely floral notes. more cherry, berry, flowers, spice and light minerality on the palate. Good structure very well packaged in a silky smooth mouth feel and a long lingering finish. This is not a big wine but a complex, layered - almost old world style - wine that beautifully expresses Willamette pinot. Well worth seeking out the similar but less expensive Seven Springs estate version..
