  November 9, 2006 - This wine is okay but is missing something for me. It's dark and seems like it should have more depth and body but comes across a bit light. The most distinctive flavor note I get is a leathery, earthy aftertaste. Has some light fruit flavors also. I read one review that described licorice and I get that too. It's a decent wine but and I am not inclined to go out and stock up, even though the locally available price is right.
