  January 8, 2012 - The first wine Sapaio is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Marked by the claw Ferrini, the 2007 appears fairly mature, solid and satisfying, without pay in excess. A young wine, powerful and wide in the mouth that will win a few more years to mature. Serious and promising.
