  January 21, 2012 - Dark inky purple, intoxicating nose of pine, forest floor, lavender, cigar, & dark fruit that opened up over time. On the palate medium body with some dustiness on the mid palate. Nice fruit and fantastic 60 second finish. Hardly overwhelming tannins but I feel this wine needs more time to fully integrate. I sense that I am drinking a bit early. This has potential to be a blockbuster in a few years. Rating subject to increase. Fantastic!
