  January 23, 2012 - Well balanced, elegant wine. Strawberry vanilla cream nose. Red/black cherry palate, but not a fruit bomb. Good acidity, with sassafrass, rhubard, and bitter chocolate. Smooth, medium long finish.
  Drinking really well right now. We really love Rick's wines.
