  February 4, 2012 - I enjoyed this with honey-balsamic lamb chops with caramelized turnips. It was both rustic and fruit driven, which made this a good match. I got lots of brambly blackberry fruit, spice box and pencil lead to carry the whole meal, and was impressed with the value of the bottle. This is really drinking well now. I've another bottle and will be opening it soonl
