  February 10, 2012 - Drank this for my birthday. Decanted and poured through Vinturi. In a better place than it was a year ago. Big red fruit on the nose with the right amount of zin spice. Tannins have mellowed over time and are in good harmony with the acidity. Long finish with the spice really showing up on the back end. Don't see any reason why you should wait on remaining bottles. Chances are, you have the 07 08 and 09 Ueberroth's sitting in the cellar as I do!
