February 18, 2012 - Twist and pour, Tested at 50 deg F. Fruit began to strengthen with bottle-air time. Citrus-mineral aroma. In the mouth a bit heavy with slightly glycerin-coated slightly sour light fruit (grapefruit, tropical fruit and maybe mandarin orange) with bits of over-fermented oranges, grassiness, and stone moving into the finish. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Body medium, acid medium (or lower). 12.5% abv. Drink now. Good QPR at USD 13.
