  February 22, 2012 - Amazing initial nose of cherry and cedar. Great balance and finish. With about an hour of air, the alchohol became more prominant, muting those nicer characteristics.
  
  Still a great drink. Drank with Aunt and Uncle and paired with London Broil at Anthony's. Enjoyed by all.
