  March 10, 2012 - nose has plum, black olive, tar, spice and a bit of heat. palate is similar with lots of tar and some smoke. bit more of a red tinge to the fruit on the palate than on the nose. finishes smoothly with smokey game as it fades. a pretty serious bottle.
