March 30, 2012 - P&p served with Chilean sea bass that tasted a lot like Patagonian toothfish... initial notes were cherry all the way. Then green pepper. on to the saloon; lots of leather and dark pipe tobacco. Very smoky. It's high noon somewhere. agree with the blackberry pie but not til late in the game.will revisit tomorrow
