  April 5, 2012 - This SB is from North Canterbury. Clear, medium lemon with a medium-plus nose of guava, grapefruit, white blossoms, kafir limes, straw, and dusty minerals. The acidity is high, mouthwatering, and well balanced with the fruit and medium-plus body. The guava, kafir limes, grapefruit, and fine chalky minerals carry through on the palate, as do hints of mango. The finish is long. I think this will be a wonderful house white over the summer. This is definitely a very good NZ sauvignon blanc.
