  April 8, 2012 - My last bottle, and still showing better than well. Lovely aged aromas of sea air, leather, meat, Provencal herbs and garrigue. Palate still has acid, and it is mid-weight, and a synthesis of the preceding that it defies picking out individual element. Long, lingering finish. Really a lovely wine.
