April 14, 2012 - Slightly more honeyed style. This is a restrained Vouvray with a nice, soft roundness, but overall, fairly lean. There is lovely, fresh acidity and a nice mineral backbone to this. Slightly simple and a little hollow on the midpalate, but overall, a really lovely effort.
