  April 22, 2012 - Initial nose had a hint of fruit and plenty of alcohol. The first taste was a little sour but had some berries and cocoa. After a few minutes of decanting the dark cocoa really came to the forefront with the fruit becoming slightly more complex. After an hour of decanting this really opened up with the flavours blending wonderfully and the tannin's still quite evident. A tantalizingly long finish and the fruits have almost disappeared after 2 hours. This will age very nicely and should drink quite well in a couple of more years.
