  May 13, 2012 - Delmonico with Greg and Colleen. Dark rich fruit on the nose, it starts off a little flabby. But about 30 minutes of air transformed it into a serious powerhouse as the backbone emerged and the baby fat vanished. By the 60 minute mark it was exceptional with nothing missing.
