  March 17, 2012 - Outstanding! Light golden color with medium-small bubbles. Sweet yeasty apple aromas still showing relative youth. Medium-full bodied rich mouthfeel with fresh apple and light toasty spice flavors. Medium-long finish. Definite improvement from over two years ago. Purchased at Alfred Gratien in Epernay – I wish their vintage wines were easier to find in the U.S. markets. Excellent – but still with room for further development. Ready to drink now, or anytime over the next five years.
