  May 29, 2012 - The balance is still near-perfect, the richess of the wine really comes through in the mid-palate, but the minerality is beginning to fade into the background. We feel that this wine is at its peak now. But if you like rich, creamy chablis, with minerality and acid as a subtle background feature instead of upfront, give this one a few more years (2-4 years) and you will be rewarded. Otherwise enjoy now!
