  May 31, 2012 - Classic pale straw Sav Blanc coloring, solid nose of herbs, warm flowers, and lemon-lime. I loved the initial burst of juicy citrus, most notably grapefruit and lime sherbert, followed shortly by a bracing mineral-driven acidity. Light in body but a surprisingly lengthy finish. Truly enjoyed this, would certainly buy again. Goes without saying, but drink now.
